About Us
Here at Teens Fight Too, our goal is to help teens who are fighting for their lives to feel important and loved throughout their journey.
Often, we have seen firsthand this age bracket to be overlooked.
Why do we think this is? Because they are caught in the middle between Pediatrics and Adults. An in-between does exist, and that is what we are here to bring light to.
We want to be a catalyst for positive change. Since our beginnings in 2020, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization on: support, positivity, courage, love, being seen, heard, and feeling important.

Here at Teens Fight Too, we are driven by a single mission - to do our part in making the world a better place for teens on life-altering journeys.

Our journey with Teens Fight Too began when our son, Talon, was diagnosed at 13 years old with stage 4 High-Risk Neuroblastoma. During his long, hard 4 year fight, Talon spent most of his time in the hospital. We found out quickly that there was not much focus around teens to help them remain happy, occupied, and distracted from their pain. Talon needed age-appropriate distractions while fighting for his life and healing.

To help Talon, we filled his room with his favorite sheets, brought in age-appropriate games, his favorite foods, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, an Ipad, and his Xbox. We were blessed with the ability to provide all the things that made Talon happy, but he became worried about the other teens who might not be as fortunate as he was.
Talon was always so caring and thoughtful of others. He started Teens Fight Too as a non-profit, with the desire of providing those same luxuries to other teens.
Talon passed away in January of 2021, after fighting 4 long years. We decided to keep his wishes alive, as we know that is what he would have wanted.
Teens Fight Too is a wonderful way we can honor Talon's name and journey, and bless others, which in turn blesses us.
